1. Who we are

Vaultli (vaultli.ai) is run by Holistic Brain, LLC, doing business as Vaultli, in Hawaii ("we", "us"). These disclaimers apply to our website, the Vaultli app, our emails and our social media. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

2. Vaultli uses AI

Vaultli is an AI content studio. AI helps write captions, create images and carousels, suggest content plans, transcribe audio and video, and power Vaea, our in-app assistant. It works from the brand settings and content you add to your vault. Our Privacy Policy lists the AI providers we use and what each one receives.

3. Review before you post

AI can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or similar to content made for someone else. Please read every caption and look at every image before you publish or schedule it. You decide what goes out under your name.

4. Results and testimonials

We can't promise any particular result, such as more followers, reach, enquiries or sales. How your posts perform depends on many things we don't control, including your business, your audience, your offer and each platform's own systems. Testimonials on our site are real, from real Vaultli users, and describe their own experience; your results may be different. Some people we feature know us personally or received Vaultli at no cost or at a discount; we say so when that's the case.

5. No professional advice

Vaultli and Vaea give general content help, not legal, medical, mental-health, financial, tax or other professional advice. If you need advice for your situation, talk to a qualified professional.

6. Regulated fields

If you work in a field with rules about claims or advertising (for example health, wellness, finance, real estate or legal services), you're responsible for checking that your posts follow those rules before they go out.

7. Social platforms and other services

Vaultli publishes to Instagram and Facebook through a publishing partner. Those platforms and services set their own rules and can change features, limits or access at any time. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their decisions, outages or changes.

8. Links to other sites

Our site and emails may link to other websites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or practices.

9. Plans and features

Plans marked "Coming soon" aren't available yet, and what they include may change before launch. Prices and plan details on our pricing page are the ones that apply.

10. Changes

We may update these disclaimers. The date at the top shows the latest version.
