Accessibility
Last updated: October 31, 2026
1. Our goal
We want everyone to be able to use Vaultli, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or other assistive tools. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA.
2. What we do
We build with clear headings and labels, readable text sizes and contrast, controls you can reach with a keyboard, buttons large enough to tap on a phone, and pages that work at any screen size. Movement on our pages is gentle and switches off when your device asks for reduced motion.
3. Known limits
We're still working on some areas: older screens inside the app that haven't moved to our newer design yet, images and pictures you or Vaultli create (you can add descriptions in your captions), and services we don't control, such as Stripe checkout, Google sign-in, and Instagram and Facebook.
4. Content you create
When you post with Vaultli, you can help your own audience by writing alt text or describing images in your captions.
5. Tell us about a problem
If something on Vaultli is hard to use, email support@vaultli.ai with the page, what happened, and the device and any assistive tool you use. We aim to reply within 5 business days.
